ALL NEW AND RETURNING REGISTRANTS, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
First-time online registrants must establish an account. To establish an account, click the registration link below. You will be prompted to provide your e-mail address, a password, and some family contact information. Please remember your password! Your password will be required to access information about your child's team later in the season and to register your child in future years with Ponoka Minor Soccer Association.
Once your account has been set up and you have received a confirmation email, you can begin to register your child in soccer.
Due to the volume of payments needed to be collected each season, PMSA's PRIMARY & PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT IS CREDIT CARD. Only by special request for assistance will e-transfer, cash, cheque or money order payments be considered. Please email admin@ponokasoccer.ca if you require a special assistance accommodation. Please note: an administrative processing fee will be applied to all fees requiring special assistance. Secondly, players will NOT be deemed registered, and therefore will not have secured a spot, until payment has been received in full. If other players register and pay while special assistance is in process, deference will go to the player who has processed payment first. The only potential exception to this may be for KidSport applicants.
ATTENTION KIDSPORT APPLICANTS!
Our online registration system requires payment be processed before registration spots are secured; this is important because some roster spots are first come, first served. If your intention is to pay for your registration via Kidsport, you will need to either pay up front and apply for reimbursement OR you will need to contact us by email so that our registrar can set up an online PMSA voucher to be used in place of payment. Note: this ONLY applies to Kidsport applicants. Anyone using a Kidsport online PMSA voucher that has not been previously approved by our registrar and/or in another person's name OR using a Kidsport online PMSA voucher and not following through with their application, will likely have their child's registration DENIED.
WITHDRAWING YOUR CHILD AFTER REGISTRATION HAS BEEN PROCESSED WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM $50 ADMINISTRATION FEE!
Refunds may not be permitted under all circumstances. To review PMSA's policy on refunds, please click here. To begin the process of withdrawal, you must email admin@ponokasoccer.ca explaining your reasons.
Registration opens online on our registration system: February 12, 2024
Registration closes: March 19, 2024 for all ages, (date may be flexible based upon association registration need).
Please note: Registrations are generally on a first-come, first-served, first-paid basis! We recommend registering early to avoid missing a place on a team. In the event that a particular team/program requires a try out or special circumstances arise, (such as the team playing at a higher tier), first come, first served for that group may be suspended.
After March 19, registrations will be considered by special request and at the discretion of the PMSA Board.

If families have financial concerns, PMSA has the capacity to partner with Kids in Sports
Kids in Sport:
Kids in Sport of Ponoka are here to help out kids who are not able to take part in sports and most activities in our community because of present financial difficulties in their homes.
To request financial assistance parents, coaches or kids are required to apply in the below Kids in Sport link with a brief letter, outlining the situation causing the need, the sport or activity and the amount required to participate. Parents are to include a phone number/ email of the contact person such as PMSA registrar admin@ponokasoccer.ca, as Kids in Sport pays directly to the organization.
